Processing more formats

The editor now supports Apple file formats (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) as well as HWP (an internal format in Hancom Office).

Open these files in ONLYOOFFICE to view them smoothly and preserve all formats. If such files need to be edited, they will be automatically converted and saved in OOXML format. No matter what file you use, ONLYOOFFICE can meet your needs

Add PDF stamp

Easily enhance the professionalism of your documents: Add stamps to PDF files, suitable for contracts, agreements, and other documents. The method is also very simple:

Switch to the 'Annotations' tab

Find 'Seal'

Select a style and click Add

The PDF editor has become more powerful! Multiple pages can be selected at once for quick rearrangement, rotation, or deletion, making file management simpler. In the left thumbnail, quickly make a selection:

Use Ctrl+left mouse button to select multiple pages

Use Shift key+left mouse button: select pages within the range

Edit Annotation Shortcut Panel

By editing comments through the quick panel, you can quickly adjust highlighting, add comments, or delete comments. Moreover, when adding or editing annotations, the opacity of highlight colors can be adjusted to make the collaboration experience more comfortable.

Hover the mouse cursor over the inserted annotation to make the corresponding adjustments.

Design tab of slides

Version 8.3 has added a "Design" tab to the slide editor, where you can easily choose and change styles, use your favorite color schemes, adjust slide sizes, and make more advanced settings, making slide design simpler and more convenient.

Automatically update external links in spreadsheets
Have external links been added to the spreadsheet? Don't worry about data updates! Now supports automatic refreshing of link sources, with content updated every 30 seconds to ensure real-time data.
Simply use and add external links through the "Data" tab on the top toolbar.

Perform undo when collaborating on spreadsheets and PDFs
When working with real-time collaboration tables and PDF files, you can perform undo operations without affecting the progress of team members. You can find the 'undo' function on the top toolbar.

Merge shapes
All editors support the merge shape function, which allows you to combine any shape in seconds, unleash your creativity, and create personalized effects.
Select multiple shapes, right-click and find the "Merge Shapes" function to choose the effect:
