Good news for Zoom users! Our latest Zoom application provides the ability to edit and co author office files in Zoom using ONLYOFFICE DocSpace.

 

 

Considering document collaboration during construction

The ONLYOFFICE DocSpace application for Zoom allows you to work with others directly on any content in Zoom Meetings:

Create, upload, and share documents that provide editing or real-time viewing permissions.

Use two co editing modes to track changes and comments, and collaborate with other participants in real-time to write documents, worksheets, and slides.

Generate, summarize, and translate text using an integrated artificial intelligence assistant.

Discuss and fill out complex online forms, such as sales agreements or contracts.

Browse PDF documents, add comments, annotations, and drawings.

Store the files edited during Zoom meetings in the collaboration room and have continuous access to them anytime, anywhere.


 

In addition, you can use the DocSpace account created after the first application authorization to effectively manage files between meetings:

Organize your personal files and create collaborative or custom rooms for your business documents.

Provide flexible access permissions: only edit, comment, review, or view.

Using a public file room allows people outside the space to access your documents.


 

 

Easy to start and use

1. Log in to your Zoom account.

2. Install ONLYOFFICE DocSpace through the "Applications" section and allow the requested application permissions.

3. Start the meeting, switch to the "Applications" tab, and then launch the ONLYOFFICE DocSpace application.

4. Start a collaboration session by selecting the desired file from the list. You can grant other meeting participants the level of "edit" or "real-time view" permission.


 

 

5. After the meeting, access all changes in the corresponding ONLYOFFICE DocSpace room.


 

Please note that the ONLYOFFICE DocSpace application is compatible with the Zoom desktop application.
